The Most Outstanding Business Student Leader of the Year awardee is an exemplary business student leader who has demonstrated tremendous dedication and commitment to the success of their peers.

He/she has displayed an unparalleled level of enthusiasm, initiative, and dedication and leadership in all their business studies and activities. He/she have worked diligently to help his/her peers succeed in their respective fields and have taken on numerous leadership roles with great success. His/her ability to inspire and motivate his/her peers has been a major contributing factor to his/her success. The communication and interpersonal skills must be an invaluable asset and have allowed them to build strong relationships with their peers.​
