A member of Asia-Pacific Consortium of Researchers and Educators, Inc., Philippine Council of Deans and Educators in Business, Human Resource Educators of the Philippines, Inc., National Research Council of the Philippines, and Editorial Board Member of Journal of Entrepreneurship and Business Venturing.

Prof. Bragas is a former faculty member of Adamson University, ABE Manila, and New Era University (NEU) Undergraduate & Graduate School. At present, she is a full time faculty member of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP) - Main Campus Sta. Mesa, Manila teaching Entrepreneurship, Business Research, and Human Resource Management courses for 18 years. She was also designated as Chief of the College of Business Administration Graduate Studies Research and Extension in the school.

Because of her continuous commitment to education, she completed her Masters Degree in Business Administration at the University of Sto. Tomas (UST) and currently pursuing her doctorate degree in Human Resource Management at the Graduate School in the same university.
