NOTICE: Answering this form gives consent to the use by Mihwariy, its officers, consultants, representatives or agents (“Mihwariy Agents”) as well as the third party program partner (Zoe Broadcasting Network, Inc.) its officers or employees of the information provided for the purposes of contacting the person registered in order to inform him/her of any similar activities or for any other  activities/events in the purposes related to engaging and promoting the Business Breakthrough Program 1.0

The information provided shall be kept by Mihwariy and stored in its secured database as long as they are needed for a legitimate trade purpose and in accordance with the law.  After which, records shall be properly and securely deleted or disposed. The aforementioned notice is made in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173 ).
